Not getting that ‘Hansen Fruit is Awesome’ vibe today. Had it last time. Stop 2 on this load. Original appt from 2 days ago was 0900. About a 100 miles out today and they changed it to 0900-1100. Checked in, no explanation or communication (Every shipper / receiver says communication is key). Told they will call when they have a dock. I called when all 6 docks were empty. Told they are repackaging and I should be in the dock by 1100. Coming up on 1300. Still no info or update.

This is one of the WORST places to get loaded with apples IN ALL OF WASHINGTON!!! Absolutely the worst ever, terribly rude customer service at the shipping desk and the loaders take their sweet time.. Avoid if you can!! I hope I never have to come here again!!

I have nothing but praise for Hansen's Shipping crew. They work as a team and usually load each truck individually so the driver gets back on the road quickly. Lunch is taken religiously from 12pm to 1pm, so expect to wait during that time. I would gladly put this shed on fav. 5 list. My income would vastly improve if Hansen was a daily stop for full loads. Thanks guys!
