I had a valve that needed to be replaced on my tank. Two guys showed up back to back. The first guy changed the valve and just after he left the other guy came and filled the tank then did the pressure test and made sure all the piolet lights were working. I have been using AmeriGas for about 3 years, I'm happy with them.

Worst place to take your business unless you have your own tools or tanks, can’t seem to get certification on some of their own tanks because according to them they are good and when you have to go Get service somewhere else because their place is close or equipment is not working you can’t seem to get no one to do it because the tanks have expired and only them keep on refilling them for some reason it sucks to have to go to them when having so many other places around here . I’m taking my business somewhere else from now on I hope you do too!

The propane delivery driver, Kurt, provided excellent service when he touched base with me on his first intended delivery day. I had specically requested from Craig when I originally schedlued the delivery for Amerigas to contact me. Them message never was communicatied to Kurt. So, our gate was locked and Kurt could not deliver on Tuesday. However, Kurt noted he would be back that Friday which allowed me to leave our gate unlocked and treats for our dogs that Kurt could feed to them. Also, Kurt left me a voice mail that the office had stated my price was $4.44/gallon which they didn't bother to tell me when I request service. Because I was a good customer, Kurt was able to have my rate reduced to $3.44/gallon. This is still a ridiculously high price, but better the the original $4.44/gallon. Had I been charged for the $4.44/gallon, I was ready to purchase my own tank, end your lease and purchase propane from your competitor. Basically, because of Kurt's phenomenal customer service, I am still a customer of Amerigas for now. Otherwise, due to the last hike in tank lease rates (really?), the price gouging for the propane and the poor communication from Craig, I was finished doing business with Amerigas. You owe Kurt a big thanks for changing my mind. Hopefully, the next time I do business with Amerigas things will have improved.
