Wonderful. Look at that salad that comes with the entree. I had to quit halfway or I wouldn’t have room for my Yukon Gold mashed potatoes. And the fillet mignon? I cut it with a fork. The service by Jennifer M in the bar was prompt and delightful. 6 stars. There’s no room for improvement.

beef stroganoff was $26 and it was OK. YSC is the kind of place where cowpeople can really don their new hats and bandanas. YSC is the kind of place where folks are still comparing Covid-19 to the cold (Feb. 2022) — 900k deceased americans would tend disagree. YSC is the kind of place where i personally worry about their liquor license taken away due to their 4 oz pours (thank you, btw) all that being said, the place was PUMPING on a thursday night and there wasn’t an open seat in the house. i haven’t been to YSC since that last time a 60+ yo invited me out to dinner and i don’t remember it being particularly memorable then. i guess the best memories are the friendships we make along the way… it is likely i will be back again for another party with which i have no say in planning but i will look forward to the friendly staff. that’s it. that’s literally all i will be looking forward to.

My experience was overall ok. Ambience and prices don't really match. I had a blackberry cocktail, the knotted bread, 6 oz filet, brussel sprouts, butternut squash, and cheesecake with raspberry sauce. The flavor of the drink wasn't bad, but the little blackberry seeds made it unpleasant to drink. The bread was $8 and was a little doughy. It was topped with cheese and garlic. The steak was flavorful, but as a thick filet was undercooked in the middle and I ended up not eating the very center bite. The squash and brussel sprouts were good but everything was heavily salted and the only other flavor seemed to be garlic and butter. I love butter and garlic but after a whole plate of salt, butter, and garlic, I was over it before completing my meal. Cheesecake was good. I don't believe it was made in house, but it was topped with very good looking berries. My bill with a 20% tip was $100. I felt the price didn't really support what was served. If you are going to charge higher end steakhouse prices, i believe the presentation of the food, the flavors, the uniform of the servers, and overall experience should be higher end. Staff was friendly though and I think if I were to go again, I might have a burger or one of the sandwiches that looked good and were better priced.

I'm not 1 who writes reviews yet this place is 1 I will. First time visitor to the Yakima Steak Co. I was served with a smile from the young lady, very friendly. I suggest you try the stuffed mushrooms, excellent little appetizer. I had the sirloin steak covered with onions and mushrooms. Fried brussel sprouts and baked potato with all the goods. The steak came out just as I was hoping, perfectly medium rare and no extra seasonings or sauces needed. Definitely a great place for a calm environment with excellent service and food. Thank you to the young lady who served me, the chef who made the meal and a big shout out to the owner for our bit of conversation as well. I left a more plump and happy man today

Staff wears masks, and maintains the 6 ft distance for tables for customers.
I can't remember but they are delicious, go and try them you won't be disappointed.
I am not sure.
Yes, steak and veggies will almost always fit your macros.
When I went, I had reservations. Super easy to do from their website. However, there were people there without, they just had a slightly longer wait for a table.
No idea, stopped in for dinner on my way back to Seattle. But I'm sure a phone call will get you that information, if it's not on their website.
No it appears that they are closed on Christmas day according to Open Table.
Yes
Not sure..give them a call
Lobster tail starts at $19, goes up from there depending on what you pair it with.
They have a nice wine list (at the table). The food and wine were delicious!
While I personally don't patronize any NFL events this year, this is a business who's ownership I know personally and have met several staff members. Your description of being unpatriotic couldn't be farther off the mark. Thank you for your opinion though..
