I’ve gotten food here many times and never had an issue with service, food quality or order accuracy but the dried out possible day old looking chicken tenders I just got are complete garbage and a waste of money. The colonel would be turning over in his grave if he saw what was sent to me. If it weren’t for my wife loving the mashed potatoes you offer I wouldn’t waste my time here again.

The store ran out of fried chicken. The person on the speaker was also very reluctant to give me that information. He sounded like he was embarrassed.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered. I had a few questions and the person taking the order was rude, and after I ordered I could hear the person say “oh my God” in a rude tone. They didn’t even give me a receipt and when I asked for one I got a rude response. Whatever happened to customer service?

That's not really a question...

When serving food, this KFC does not requir it's employees to wear gloves. With this measel outbreak wouldn't be recommended? I am glad Zaksbys is opening next week.

Seriously though, wearing gloves is a good idea for many reasons as long as the gloves are used correctly (often they're not). But have you not been to this KFC before? It's dirty, the employees pretty much don't care and the quality is consistently poor. Gloves won't change any of that.

Every time I go thru the drive thru, they either are not friendly or my order is not right. I see why there is never a line in the drive thru. KFC in Mechanicsville 23111 needs new management and new employees. RATE ON A SCALE 1 to 5 they get a 1

To many of these fast food places don't traine their employees. They hire without caring how they treat customers. They should all get a 1 rating Cick Felay might be an exception
