My review is simply relating to Non-resident concealed carry permits. I am a Maryland resident and I spend a lot of time in Pa. I used to have reciprocity with my Utah permit. The criminal and previous AG of PA. Kathleen Kane removed non resident permit reciprocity. Now to get a PA. Non resident permit you need a permit from your state. I received my Maryland permit permission slip from the communist govt here (nearly impossible to obtain)..... called the Daulphin County sheriff and they said as long as the State background system is working....they issue permits same day. I went in, gave them my MD. permit, paid a few bucks, and had my PA. Permit in 5 minutes. They young lady deputy that assisted me was kind and very helpful. So thank you Sheriff for being a 2A supporter. I hope all of your other public services are as good as you were with my situation. 🙂 God Bless.

I came downtown on 7/24 @ 1:30 pm to acquire a permit. After paperwork I sat for 2 hours. Left and cameback Before closing at 4pm as told. She told me some howthe system was down and to come back when i can. Came back the next day and they were steady passing out permits. I come up And now they need a 2 hour phone call even after they said i was approved. Still standing here. Young black and don't feel like they want me to have a permit. I've watch countless others!! Come and go. Rude; a differences between bad costumer service and bad treatment. Just bad treatment. With a smirk on their faces just upsets me. Seem another young black man was here yesterday to. I thought he had got his. He did not and is here now with the same spin around
