We had a 30 minute for wait for a table on a Sunday morning. Once seated we gave our waitress our drink and food order. Never saw her again.. After over an hour wait we asked another waitress to find her. Everyone around had gotten their food and was leaving. Someone else came and brought more coffee. Finally I talked to manager, they lost our order. While he was explaining that our waitress showed up to give us our bill. Did she not notice we had not gotten any food. Manager told her no, but we offered to pay for our coffee. We were not charged. We were there for almost 2 hours from the time we walked in. We left with no breakfast. Won't go back for a long while.

We usually enjoy our meal and have great service. However, tonight was different. We arrived later in the evening and ordered our meal and water to drink. Our food arrived and no biscuits. The waitress informed us they stop making them at 9:30. It was 9:10 and we had been there since 8:45. My husband and sons gravy was lumpy. Informed they were out of corn and forgot his okra. My blueberry pancakes had been microwaved and tough. Had to ask multiple times for water refills. Oh well we thought it was late. As we were walking to pay another waitress walks out with a platter of biscuits! Askew to speak with the manager who was more interested in his friends in the parking lot. Took off my pancakes from the bill with no apology! Another waitress came out and offered us biscuits to go. Worst service and meal!!

My family and I enjoyed our brunch at Cracker Barrel. Our waitress Ms.Shae was friendly, helpful, and an excellent part of our brunch experience. The food was yummy per usual, busy however the ambiance was nice. Enjoyed the fireplace and the lamps on our table. With everything happening in the world with the service industry it's a wonderful feeling to have brunch with your family and be treated with top-notch hospitality. Thanks, Ms.Shae! We will look for you next time!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best time I had at this place. The servers were awesome and the food was very good. Taking our time to have coffee and catch up with an old friend was priceless! As usual the gift shop was so fun!
