When I go there, it's not overly busy so there is always a washer and dryer available. There is an attendant there and they are always really pleasant and happy. Like most laundromats that have a change machine. There is also a snack and drink vending machine and plenty of space to fold my clothes after they're dry.

What a great little space. VERY CLEAN ! Although not enough dryers. Also its one thing for the attendant doing other people's laundry. However she should NOT be allowed to keep dryers running with little in them for only her use. There was 6 other families in there. Need to make room so she may have her own dryers for that. Women were actually going to have to wait for dryers to open. C'mon ... There were women arguing. Although I really liked this laundromat... Onwards. At rhis point I would rather pay more to dry my clothes.

I have tried every laundromat mat in Yakima and I have never left any positive reviews but with the Lost Sock I have to say that its the best laundry place not only do they have machines that actually work but they follow all Covid-19 regulations. Which makes you feel safe to be able to do your laundry here. The manager Ruth is a truly very nice and courteous person that goes above and beyond to help her customers. Everytime I have had an issue with anything she always helps really a great person. In recent weeks I was there during an accident with a very rude and mean client and even though the man was saying really mean things to the manager an worker over did nothing to him and made a bigger deal when he got asked to stop his daughter from running because she literally missed the corner of a table where she could of gotten badly hurt. Instead of him being thankful and taking care of his daughter he insulted them an was very rude. Yet the employees stayed so respectful an handled the situation very good, which says alot about the business and the people that work there. Overall very respectfull, clean, and nice people makes doing laundry much easier I highly recommended this laundromat .

Lost Sock Laundromat on Nob Hill is a very clean GREAT place to get your dirty laundry clean. We have been come weekly for a while now and have met some great workers and one that sticks out is Ruth. She is a Wonderful person to deal with when dealing with the dirty job of laundry. She is very nice and always busy keeping the place clean and tidy. The Lost Sock is always Clean and most of the machines are in working order all the time. They have regular size machines all the way to mega machines. All the dryers are the massively huge machines and dry very quickly. During the week is the best time to go as it's not as busy as it is on the weekend. Awesome place and the only place in town I will do my laundry!!! Great Job!
