I had 20 minutes to fold my clothes before closing time. The lady turned off the lights on me and threatened to come get the owner if I didn’t leave even though closing time is at 10 and had 20 minutes horrible staff never coming there again!

I went there to do laundry they closed at 10pm and I showed up at 825pm and by the time I got in it was exactly 829 and the lady wouldn't let me do my laundry because last load was at 830 I was off by 1 minute and she turned me down for a load of laundry so I took my business elsewhere I went to lost socks on n. 1st street and she let me do my laundry so now I don't go to college mart laundry even know it's right down the street from my house I will never do my laundry there or recommend them

People come on to do laundry and make a mess. It's not kept clean. There is always something wrong with a washer or dryer and sometimes they are not marked and you end up losing money because owners or managers won't believe the macone won't work. They are not very nice. Will argue over a quarter and ive seen owner kick elderly lady out because she complained about a broken washer😪
