The staff here is knowledgeable, not only about their products, but about how to use them. They know the right questions to ask to help you get what you need! The staff also seems invested in being there. People are doing their jobs with intention. Also, I was in the checkout line and it got really long really quickly. But quietly, and seemingly out of nowhere, extra staff appeared and that line got knocked down in moments! I was impressed. My only complaint about the store said it was too hot for this body. :-) But I suspect not too many people would complain about warm when it's only 17 degrees outside!
