This is Michael Tino. I’ve been coming to island psychiatry for years. Nick is the best and will bend over backwards to help you out. They also offer other treatments besides psychiatry like tms therapy and ketamine therapy. I will never leave this place. Thank you island Psychiatry and thank you Nick

I’ve had one visit so far with Matthew Killian, NP at this office. He was very nice, thorough, did not try to push m into any treatment or medication. He took a full comprehensive interview, and I have never had that with other providers. They don’t take insurance, however, they were happy to send my bill to my insurance company for me. I will definitely be going back to him.

They are exploiting my situation. Charging me double and shorting my medication. No one is standing up for the abuse and bad practice and neglect. Someone needs to hold them accountable for this treatment.

Questions & Answers

What insurances do you take?

They do not participate with any insurance companies. You must pay at time of visit. If you have insurance that pays out of network then they will gladly bill your insurance for you and your insurance will reimburse you. You will still have to pay in full upfront.
