Was messaged about a car I had for sale that they were interested in. They told me my asking price was fair, but they needed to check it out first. Without even looking at the car they offered 25% below what I was told was “fair” when I got there. Plenty of other dealerships who also have the same vehicles for less money and less mileage. Salesman was a nice guy. Otherwise, companies that are run like this are not ones I will give my business to.

I had an appointment on 2/22 to have a diagnostic due to a check engine light. I was informed at the end of the day the diagnostic couldn’t be done but could come back 2/24 to get it done. I dropped my car off the morning of 2/24 and the diagnostic was not completed until 3/3 or 3/4 (it is unclear when, I received very little communication from the dealership). I was told after the diagnostic was done I would be called to discuss the work that needed yo be done. I received a phone call the afternoon of 3/4 saying my car was ready. I was surprised since I had not been called after the diagnostic to agree to any work done. I picked up my car the morning of 3/5 and was told it was an issue covered under warranty so I would not be charged. Overall, the lack of communication and continuously being strung along for multiple weeks was very frustrating and I’d be hesitant to take my car here again.

Dealership was clean and modern, staff were friendly, my salesman was super nice but not very knowledgeable about the truck I was purchasing and also had a hard time answering simple questions like warranty lengths etc.., but he did keep in close contact throughout the week between committing to the sale and sale completion and after the sale regarding the registration. John the finance advisor was very organized and made the financial transaction very quick and easy, without being pushy about add-on extra packages.

Nice waiting room to wait in while my car was getting fixed. Friendly employees and nice chairs. Grateful they were transparent throughout the process. Thank you for fixing my car!
