Metrowest Vacuum provides great service! I had an older Miele vacuum with a broken cover...he fixed it on the spot at no charge. Friendly and helpful...That's customer service! I highly recommend this place of business.

The owner Mike is a great guy. Very friendly, does not push, but understands the customer's needs and recommends the appropriate product. Only carries high end brands like Meile and Oreck.

Can't say enough good things about this small business owner, Mike. We purchased a Miele vacuum years ago from him, and returned today to buy another. You will never get the service or sales information from any of the big business companies i.e., Target, Home Depot, Lowes,Bed Bath and Beyond, etc. that you get from him. He simply tells you the facts about each vacuum, gives you NO sales pressure, and gives you time to think!!! Would highly recommend him to any and all.
