I've warned that their portal had problems and should be solved. I got all the pictures and email them try to get things fixed few weeks ago. In the end, I still got the email charging me a huge amount which was not what I should pay. When I was in the office and tried to get things fixed, I was treated rudely. They kept implying the wrong charge was my fault which was not! They said that I should double checked the address before any payment. I did and the portal showing the correct address. I had all the pictures to prove I didn't do anything wrong and kept emailing them hope they can solve my problems. They barely responded me. When the problems really came out and they turned to blame me which is very unfair. No one should be treated like that.

AS A FORMER RESIDENT, I IMPLORE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. I have had the unfortunate experience of being a resident there with the following reasons. From inadequate parking made available to their apathetic concern for resident security to exorbitant move out costs and inability to communicate disputes with proof given, this place has been a total nightmare. The parking. One vehicle limited to the parking garage that gives the illusion of security, as there has been multiple times vagrants and intruders have made their way in to prowl on the cars. The security cameras there serve basically as a placebo for what their actual purpose is for. It was only until my girlfriend felt unsafe walking our dog around the property that she made a comment to the staff, which in turn gave a response of 'not our problem'. There is a problematic hotel nearby that houses people of undesirable character that frequently take advantage of the outdoor parking lot either to loiter, prowl, or leave wrecked, abandoned cars there WELL past their posted notices of removal. Exorbitant and egregious move out costs akin to robbery. Nothing in the unit was painted or damaged beyond normal expected wear and tear, yet they charged a $492.50 fee to repaint. The front door which is exposed to traffic in the hallway not marred or damaged by us was pinned on us as well. Please keep this detail in mind: WE HAD NOTED UPON THE MOVE IN INSPECTION THAT THE DAMAGE WAS THERE AND WAS NEVER ATTENDED TO DURING THE 13 MONTHS WE WERE THERE. What is the point of filling out the applicable documents designed to protect us from this when it is being flat out ignored? A cleaning fee of $230.00 with a carpet cleaning cost of $86.30 was charged as well, even after I had PAID a cleaning service to clean and shampoo and vacuum the carpets with an invoice provided to them to dispute the charge. They sent a list of items needed to be fixed with pictures, which DID NOT indicate or show a dirty apartment OR carpets. Literally just upcharging for the sake of bleeding you out financially. My girlfriend and I have spent the last MONTH attempting to dispute these glaring discrepancies, only for it to fall on deaf ears and to be given the run-around between them and the Thrive Billing Company. These people will smile in your face and upcharge you to death behind your back, and will ignore PROOF OF RECEIPT OF SERVICES. I am not here to sound insufferable, and we are aware of the drywall repair that we do take responsibility for (TV Mounts, lights, etc.) and are willing to move forward on, yet when confronted with proof clearly contradicting their claims only to be ignored, and continually harrassed over; I cannot in good conscious recommend this place to anyone. I have never had such an abysmal experience dealing with an apartment complex, and am searching recourse through the Washington State Tenants Union and I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau.

Apartments in the complex are extremely new and feature tasteful modern aesthetics. Parking in the garage costs between $50-$70 per month, but buys you a reserved spot. Free parking for residents is consistently available in the lot outside the building and I have never had an issue finding parking without paying. Rent prices are slightly higher than other places nearby, but the quality of the appliances and apartment construction largely justifies it. Windows in units facing the highway do a pretty good job of blocking out road noise, but loud cars can be heard through them at time. Opening windows in these units introduces a low-mid level white noise which may be bothersome to light sleepers. Move-in process can be difficult. The building does not allow U-Haul Pods to be delivered to the building and if you bring one yourself, it must fit within a single standard parking space for no more than 24 hours (in other words, not possible). Move-in requires you to reserve the singular freight elevator in the building for a 2 hour timeslot, but especially on weekends, these slots fill up quickly and are often not enforced by building staff.

Excellent setup for move in. Terrace has a loading dock to make unloading the truck easy. They also dedicate the elevator near the loading dock for your exclusive use during your scheduled move in window. Staff is also very helpful in setting up your move in.
