Our stay was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful from greeting us as we arrived to having our car loaded with luggage when we were ready to leave. The rooms we had were beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious.. They suggested restaurants and made reservations for us. The Flag House Inn”s location could not be any better, walkable to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

The Flag House Inn is my new favorite place to stay in Annapolis. The location is the best in Annapolis with the US Naval Academy literally across the street and downtown only steps away. The building maintains her classic charm, but the shared spaces and rooms have been completely updated with all of the amenities and decor you'd expect staying in a modern five star hotel. Breakfast was delicious each morning and the Fleet suite was spotless. But, what made this stay so special is the management team. I have never experienced a friendlier staff than at the Flag House Inn. From Cody, who was incredibly helpful with our initial booking to Debbie, who helped arrange amazing dinner reservations, every request was met with enthusiasm and professionalism. They even exchanged numbers with my son, who is a midshipman at the academy, and encouraged him to visit anytime if he needed anything. So, if you're looking for accomodations in Annapolis and are lucky enough to have the opportunity to stay at the Flag House Inn, hurry up and book it! You won't be disappointed.

This was our first time staying at the Flag House Inn and we were very impressed. The new owners/manager have done an excellent job renovating and bringing the Inn up to date while still maintaining period charm. They are very helpful and accommodating, friendly and sociable with their guests. The breakfasts were delicious. I especially enjoyed their tea selections. Our bed with memory foam mattress was very comfortable and the sheets were luxurious. We were in Annapolis for the boat show which we go to every year for business. We will definitely be staying at the Flag House Inn from now on! Thanks to Cody, Clint & Debbie!

Yes we do - we have a guest "mini-kitchen" with a fridge/water dispenser/ice maker along with a Keurig (k-cups./pods), sink and microwave for guests to use
Yes, we are only 1-2 blocks to "ground zero" - City Dock and we are right across the street from main entrance to US Naval academy. You are no more than 10-15 minutes walk to anything in town including the great restaurants in Eastport. You can not get much closer to downtown yet we are on a quiet street
Hi, yes, we have many recommended restaurants in town, and we can supply a list to guests once they make a reservation, we have 7-8 favorites and many more "can't go wrong here" as well as a few we suggest avoiding We plan a blog soon on restaurants so visit our blogs page on our website at www.flaghouseinn.com ok I can name a few - Carroll's Creek, Boatyard, Iron Rooster, Preserve, Galway Bay, Vida Taco Bar... and many more!
YES! We are one of the few hotels/inns in Downtown Annapolis with parking included in the price and on site. Other places either charge extra, or you have to find a spot in a garage a few blocks away

Yes, breakfast is unique and delicious. It's different and freshly made every day.
Hi, while we LOVE dogs and all pets, we do not allow pets to stay with us. But sit out front or walk around town and we are confident you'll be able to get your doggy fix, Annapolis is a very pet friendly town
