The first time coming here when it used to be in Burbank was more than a couple years ago? I think it was for my boyfriend's PS4 or laptop. Regardless I knew that I'd be a staying customer because it felt like they actually care. Fast forward to bringing in my laptop because of a screen/battery problem, and Paul just does amazing work! He even replaced the charger that came with my laptop for free because it was making my laptop donk out even more and gave me a discount. Great communication and again, imo this business actually cares. My boyfriend and I don't even care that we have to make about an hour and a half drive because the service has been worth it! (As an aside y'all's negative reviews were an absolute laugh because what ridiculous Boomer reasons.)
