As I walked in 5 staff members stood in the front of the establishment and did NOT greet me at all, As the family came in behind me the Supervisor Jordan greeted them. I then asked if I could be helped as the 5 staff members continued to stand there. The Cashier Elijah helped me. When I asked for the manager on staff name, he expressed to me that he couldn't disclose that information. There is always things that can be done in a busy establishment like this so there should be no reason 5 staff members are laughing and playing when this place needs to be cleaned and sanitized. All of the staff members are young and it's clear they don't know anything about Customer Service, Please GM get your staff more training. CUSTOMER SERVICE must be a priority.

Super over priced food & drinks. It's like being taken advantage of just because they can. I'm looking to support businesses in the community that also support the people they serve. I took my four grandchildren there on Sunday and paid for only ONE HOUR and that cost $72 and then they had the nerve to sell me $4 cups of shaved ice. The woman serving us behind the counter was nice enough to let me know that the gas station in the same parking lot had the exact same drink for almost half the cost of their own. Another business that doesn't care about the people but only their pockets. No second return for my family.

My kiddos love Rockin Jump!! Very family friendly. It's a great place to let the kiddos burn off some energy at a very reasonable price, in my opinion. We went with the 2 hours for 20$. They also have an area designated for 6year and under for the younger kids. My only complaint was that the number of sitting/eating sections was very limited considering the amount of people in the building. So we had to go somewhere else to eat, but other than that, pretty awesome! Don't forget to fill out your consent form online so you don't have to physically get in another line to do it on arrival.

I can't even begin to talk about how bad this place is and how rude the staff is. Save yourself time and stress and go somewhere else. They had no pizzas for our scheduled birthday party. And they refused to let us get food from everywhere else they're even though they could not be us as scheduled . After they struggled for about 30 minutes to put the drink machine back together , They served warm flat Pepsi and the sent warm flat sprite with black things floating all over the top. When I told the lady at the counter of the soda was flat and warm she said it feels cold to me as three marble-sized pieces of ice float around the top. They obviously failed to fill up the ice machine and we're not expecting to be busy. staff was really struggling to get soda machine working and by the time the manager came out of the back half asleep in a Hoodia the damage was done. After 1 hour of a horrible time the manger send her staff to clear out table at 7:50 while we were opening presents. When I complained about the service the manger refuse to give me any contact information of the general manager or a corporate number. I have her rudeness recorder. She called mall security to have me removed I asked for her name or someone I could talk to you about this horrible experience at 7:55 p.m. she kicked out that bday party out. I have to see if we can use the five minutes before they close to finish opening their presents and getting our the longest but no sheet assured all the kids and socks into the parking lot. I am sure everyone wanted to go home but I can tell you this. You lost a lot of business and I will ensure every review website has this experience documented. I will include a picture of the manager. I also have video of her refusing to give me her name and corporate number even though I was very polite. I may sound mad here but I tell you this. I have never sent food back. I have never not tipped 30%, I am not a complainer or a Karen.. I am a nice guy and was pushed to be mad by the disgusting environment lack of food and drinks. And the rudeness at the was the icing on the cake. The workers to get off the phone for 5 minutes and sanitized things as they go they wouldn't need to kick us out early to have time to do the closing duties.

There's no entry fee, usually take my kids and watch them loose their minds on all the trampolines especially playing Dodgeball. The cost to actually jump is as follows: 30 Minutes of Jump Time: $10.00 (Monday - Thursday Only) 60 Minutes of Jump Time: $12.00 (Monday - Thursday) 60 Minutes of Jump Time: $13.00 (Friday - Sunday) 90 Minutes of Jump Time: $16.00 120 Minutes of Jump Time: $20.00 I usually get this package. If you live local Rockin Jump is worth the time to avoid traveling south on the 14. I'm a regular and boy does it wesr kids out and besides physical exercise, isn't this every patents dream? Yassss. I would suggest trying the rockin tots time. It's early so there is less kids. It's also the norm that their parents are on the trampolines with them. The bathroom facilities are up to code, so you don't have to worry about that.
