I had a wonderful experience with the person working in the Customer Service / Returns counter. He was very polite, friendly, courteous and helpful! I didn’t get his name. He was a younger fellow.

The guy manager or supervisor there made it complicated for me to return an un-used, untouched stroller (that was new and in its packaging) and made it look like the “computer” wasn’t going to allow them to do the return. When I went to the target in Lancaster, girl manager made it less complicated , did everything in the computer and just returned it without an issue or making me believe the “computer” wasn’t going to let them. Also, this target never answers there phones and they hang up on you whereas the target in Lancaster always picks up and helps.

One of my favorite store is TARGET bcuz I always find everything for my family, home, gym, cleaning products, bicycles, a great variety of electronics, big televisions, phones,and I can buy my groceries, they always have SALES, everything in one place,prices are great, the store is always nice, clean and great environment, the bathrooms are very nice and clean and the personnel are very nice, polite, friendly and most of all very professional, love TARGET 😊👍💓
