I had a very smooth move in experience to a beautiful apartment thanks to Aasem! The building and appliances are all brand new and I've gotten settled in with no issues. Very friendly and helpful staff! The moving out experience was a disaster. The company tried to hike my rent up, and when I decided to move elsewhere, attempted to give me a fraction of my deposit back. It took weeks to get my issues resolved and required me bringing up my renter's rights.

I lived here from July 2021 - July 2022 and from my experience this place deserves at least 4 stars. Reasons explained below: Management: the management has changed quite a bit during my stay here. For the most part of 2021 the staff were accommodating. I am not sure why others feel differently. If I sent an email or went directly to the leasing office the management made sure to follow up on any issues I had. They were prompt and responsive. From a broken blind, to issues with people taking my parking spot, to fixing something in my room, to someone literally vomiting on my patio. Everything was essentially taken care of. Staff are friendly (I live in LA now) and trust me, I would take customer service here in a heartbeat over what I have now lol. I understand that this topic is subjective for most people, but I never leave the leasing office feeling like I was treated wrongfully. I leave knowing that there was accountability taken by the management and that is why I respect them. Apartment services: This building is extremely new, built a few years ago and opened just a few months before I started living here. I had no issues with any of the appliances in my unit at all. The walls are obviously built well so you don’t hear tenants next to you. There aren’t any weird smells and the public restrooms on the first floor are always kept in such a pristine condition (major props to those who clean it daily!). Packages were sorted based on floor level if the lockers were full and I found this helpful. The only issue I would point out is most definitely the trash rooms and I am sure other tenants would agree. At least twice a month the garbage shoots are “under maintenance” and so we can’t actually throw our trash in the shoots. We would need to walk all the way to the retail parking outside to throw away the trash properly. If not, you would be charged $100. This was annoying since it was usually unpredictable and takes at least 5 minutes of your time. Wish they would make some changes to fix this. Parking Lot: I am a little bit confused as to why the lower level parking garage door had not yet been in a secured state before I left. That is definitely a security issue and someone kept “breaking it” hence keeping it open for a few months straight. Other than that the slots were reasonably spaced apart and had no issues getting around it. Price: Overall for what I paid for this was such a great value of an apartment. It may not be the best location for those who like the nightlife but it was comfortable and affordable given the size of the unit, and that it is less than 2 years old. Conclusion: I recommend this place and feel that some of the reviews were unfair and only weighed the negative aspects of the apartment, without considering everything good about it. I’ve lived in 10 apartments in my life and this one would have ranked higher in the bunch when you consider all aspects of apartment living. From the community, safety, management, price, livability, etc. Yes, there will be some days that could have some improvement like notifying the tenants when there is loud construction in the morning, etc. However 99% of days are calm here. I moved out because I wanted to move back to CA but if I had to stay in this area I would have never left this apartment.

They took 3 weeks to review my application, no follow up, no communication. I literally had to chase them down everyday for application status. After 3 weeks they told me that the apt was rented out already and offer to tour me on Arbor Village (next door), managed under the same company. I came in on my scheduled tour and litetally no one was there for the tour, no notice given. I came to the office next door to ask and the office told me to go home, tour cancelled. They didn't even have the decency to apologize. Wasted $98 of application fee and several hours drive to see apartment for the worst experience ever.

The management at Atlas is fantastic. Prior to moving into our apartment, we encountered a few issues. Jasmin and her team fully took care of us and put us at ease. She is outstanding. The building is brand new with all updated appliances, spacious master bedrooms, and soundproof windows. We are so happy that we chose to live at Atlas.

You just gotta keep calling. They are terrible about answering. You might have better luck catching someone inperson
