If you're considering this, hoping to get a great car shopping experience, you won't. It's about everything you expect from a used car shopping experience, sneaky salesman and unnecessary fake fees. Offered them above asking price as a final OTD price, and they refused it, since they wouldn't have been able to bundle another few thousand dollars in unnecessary fluff fees. It's not the consumers fault dealers have to pay for advertising and paperwork, that is the cost of doing business, that is not an extra bonus fee that the customer should ever pay for at the end of the transaction.

At first the service was great. I got a good deal for my car and everyone was very easy to work with till it wasn’t. It has been almost a week since I got my new car and 2 weeks since I signed, and they haven’t been able to register the car. They have had 2 weeks to do so. I tried getting in touch with the sales person and he is so busy it’s impossible… They charge $599 for docs fee which is way more than average and the whole registration process has been very stressful.

I had complete different experience, for my ford escape they have fixed navigation system free of cost which wasnt checked prior of buying it, they have book my appointment with ford service center which is front of automax & just within couple of hours they have fixed new gps system and also done whole car check up free of cost. Thanks ozzy from automax for your help...
