We had an issue with one of our jerseys so I returned to the store to speak with a manager. At the time a manager was not available but Hallie was very attentive and quickly stepped in to assist. I left the jersey at the store so the manager could review the issue and contact me. I was informed the manager should get in contact with me in the next few days. I did not hear back regarding the situation so I called about a week later. When I called the manager had already left for the day so I left a message for a return call. I received a call from the manager Marie and she apologized for the delay in contacting me. She explained what steps had been taken to review how the issue could have occurred. She was very thorough in explaining the research that had been done and the steps that were taken to investigate what may have taken place. We weren't able to come to a definite conclusion of how the issue occurred. I was pleased with the approach taken to address the issue as well as the fact that we were able to reach a resolution both sides would be happy with! From the conversation with Marie I really felt / feel appreciated and valued as a customer! This is certainly one of the best customer experiences I have ever had ...some companies just don't care enough. If you are want consistent exceptional dry cleaning service, Tide Cleaners is the place for you!

Don't trust this cleaners with expensive garments! I brought an Ivanka Trump dress to them to be cleaned. I had only worn it twice. When I picked it up, there was a long run in the silk overlay across the front of the dress. Not only was the manager extremely rude, but told me this happened due to extensive wear. Again, the dress was worn twice. I had paid $125 for the dress. There compensation was to offer me a $40 credit toward future cleaning services at their Tide Cleaners. I must say the staff who worked there daily at the counter are kind and friendly but the manager is rude and unprofessional. Luckily, these Tide cleaners are individually owned, so I will take my business elsewhere. Save your time and money and don't do business with the Tide Cleaners at 135th and Metcalf!

Honestly, the price is a little much for a younger guy like me but the ladies have been a huge help each and everytime I've gone. I've taken suits, shirts, and blankets (too large for a normal washer/dryer) and each time have been extremely satisfied :) (though the wallet may hurt a bit). Note: They are a drop off location. They do not wash there. But, they can still do same day orders if you get there soon enough

My new go-to dry cleaners! Awesome service and wonderful pricing. Just by chance I wanted to try a new dry cleaners out in south Johnson County, so I looked up the reviews on Tide. And Roe/135th was close to me so gave them a try with my expensive Spyder ski jacket and it looks like brand new. So I gave them a Versace silk shirt to clean up the white collar a bit. Looks like new! Tide is magic. No reason to go anywhere else in my humble opinion.
