We were referred to work with Troy at PuroClean after we had some fire damage to our house. Troy showed up the same day with fans and filters to start cleaning the air. From there his service continued to go above and beyond. He did the work required and exceeded our insurance company's expectations. He also communicated VERY WELL and was kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. A few months later and we've completed all the work to restore our house and had him to do the final step of cleaning our carpets. Again he was so easy to work with and exceeded our expectations. On top of it his prices were more than fair and he was up front about any additional costs BEFORE he did the work and as we were going along. I'll call him back again just to clean our carpets! In a situation where you need cleaning and restoration, the last thing you want to do is worry about the work being done. With Troy at PuroClean, you can feel relaxed and trust he's going to do the work and do it well. I wish he did regular house cleaning and maintenance because we'd call him for everything.
