I haven’t been in party city for a while. Went in there for some balloons for an event and the people were extremely nice, the balloons are very fair priced. And the customer service was good as well. Definitely recommend this Party city

Brought my 4 year old daughter in after a visit to home depot. Her Balloon had popped earlier in the day. We shopped around the store for the perfect balloon for her (a unicorn). Took it to the counter for checkout, didn't wait long, only 1 person in front of us in line. After scanning the item the cashier informs us they do not have time to fill ONE balloon. A happy little girl went from so happy - to watery eyes in 1 second. Thanks for the heartbreak today Party City. Went to Price Chopper Floral, fixed us right up, without a 2nd thought.
