My wife and son spent 30 minutes getting measured and trying everything on that was recommended but while trying those on the individual helping them decided to help someone going to a wedding instead. After waiting another 20 minutes without him ever returning to finish the custom order over $500 they finally just left having wasted an hour of their day. Terrible service!

When I placed my order for a single suit back in November I had a pleasant experience minus the young lady ordering me the wrong dress shirt but that was fixed at my fitting before the wedding. I was told I could change the color of my tie up to day before the every and when I asked a week before the event if I could change the color of the tie I was told I had to pay $25 and no guarantee it would get to the store on time. During my fitting a couple days before the wedding the woman helping me tried to tell me I had to pay $25 per dress shirt to reorder the correct size shirt that should have been ordered in the first place. Another young lady came over and said it was their mistake I don’t have to pay anything and had the new shirts sent to the Asheville NC location where I was getting married the day before the wedding. Was told to go ahead and change out of my pants and shoes and hang up the jacket and they would put everything back in the garment bag for me and I would pick it up 2 days later. Came back got the bag and traveled to Asheville without looking in the bag. Opened my bag 3 hours before my wedding and the associates at the Brandon mens warehouse didn’t give me my pants. I had a jacket, shoes socks and everything including the 2 dress shirts that didn’t fit me that they said they would send back for me. Luckily not every mens warehouse is a terrible experience like this location and the manager at the Asheville NC location saved my wedding by working his magic and finding me a pair of pants that matched my jacket minutes before my wedding. I learned my lesson and I do t think I’ll ever shop at this location ever again because Overall it was unprofessional and no one knew what they were doing at the Brandon location.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!! All we needed was 2 matching suits and a matching childs suit. Had to order everything online because that's how it is if you want something they don't have in stock. Ok fine. Then it comes in every single piece is the wrong size, and the vest and coat are 2 shades of tan.... but the same style brand. Like what in the actual. And then I say well let's just do no vests. My fiance goes to get tailored and they give him the childs suit to take home after we had a conversation about getting him and jacket instead..... like this is probably the worst customer experience one could have at a new store... and their answer to everything is oh well we don't make it so not sure....thanks for nothing and for like basically stressing me the F out more then I already am.. waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!!! Never again Brandon Florida store if I could give you negative stars I would.
