Because zero stars wasn't an option. Dr. Patel treated my issue with no compassion, and I left in tears because of her attitude. Would not recommend. I have already contacted patient relations about this issue.

I tried calling, in order to check in on my baby boy. And the lady who answered the phone was rude, and entirely inconsiderate. She was not helpful, and was being short with me during our brief phone call. I wish she had given her name during the call- I would have definitely mentioned it here.

Maybe the epitome of why we have such poor health care in the US. Just a joke charged my wife $800 to basically do nothing she ended up on a 10 day regimen of antibiotics while on our vacation. Because the Dr or practitioner was convinced she had Covid. Then prescribes prednisone and no antibiotic. The Doctor she ended up seeing in Canada laughed. Vanderbilt… it is not only about profit seriously rethink this business model my wife went there because her Vanderbilt primary care doc was booked solid and told her too. The folks there were seriously clueless.
