The park is pretty clean and well maintained, every now and then the water won't work. Happens quite frequently. But none the less the issue is always resolved. Would be a 4 star if this wasn't a reoccurring problem.

For us, it's our hideaway !! Yes, it's relaxing. Lots of nature, boating, fishing, biking, walking and just relaxing by your campfire. Restaurants & shopping are near or go in town about 12 miles either way. Some have made their homes in this quiet, calming place. For us, we feel safe and everyone watches out for each other.

Great view of the water lots of seating. The ambience is very homey. You can even rent kayaks or canoes and go on the river; for first time guests you can even get on a paddle boat and go for a ride after you dine.
