I drove 40 miles to this dealership and they really dissapointed me. The sales person Robert was not at all talking to us like a sales proffessional. He talks as if we visited for some kind of donation. Though I didn't go for a test drive he said that the Mach-E was holding that day to show me in the showroom and asked me to make an offer. Another intersting thing is they are adding huge amount (30K for a Ford F150 Raptor and 15K for a Mach-E California Route1) in the markup price. I would never visit this dealer again and never recommend my friends to deal with them.

1. Making sure that their vehicles are fully operational. My truck I had only for a week and is in the shop for a faulty Thermostat and cannot use it for another month after buying. 2. When the Sales person is asked to have all of the amenities that was on the trade in vehicle on the vehicle the customer wants, in the sales person says no problem. After the paperwork is signed the Sales person and manager does not deliver on their word and changes their toon since the vehicle is now sold. I feel betrayed and dishonesty from the Ford Company since they represent the company in all.

I wanted a new F-150 Powerboost. These trucks are hard to find with the chip shortage etc. I called Robert Thelen and he took complete care of me. He made it an absolutely super efficient experience. I had one on order at another dealer but then found that All Star had one almost exactly like it in stock (on the show room floor no less). Robert was very knowledgeable of the product and features and really had a customer first approach without a lot of pressure or the typical "sales games". Half of having a decent new car buying experience is getting a good salesman who has experience and a great approach. Robert (Jimmy Jack) is that person I would highly recommend working with him if you are interest in a new Ford!

Highly recommend this dealership. Robert and Chris were super helpful and made buying a car stress free! They gave us a really good deal. The customer service was awesome and we were well taken care of. We got the best deal on mustang GT brand new than any other dealership. The best part they got us the monthly payment we wanted!

Good afternoon, The order for your part was placed 12-11-20. Currently Ford has 1867 of your part on back order. The estimated date off of back order today from Ford is 2-25-21. On 1-28-21 2396 pieces of that part left the packager on the way to the Parts Distribution Centers that should fill all the back orders as of today. That process could take up to two weeks.

I need another key for my 2016 Fusion, how do I go about it?

You need to get it from a dealer. Be prepared for a high bill.

I’ve got a 2000 ranger and I’ve lost the only key with the chip in it. I have a flat key as a spare to just unlock the door. How much will it cost to have another key made?

Few years ago I checked into a new chipped key for a 2004 F150 and was quoted $85.00. I did have a spare key and that makes it easier (and less expensive) to program a new key. W/O a spare chipped key the price is more like $150.00 and Probably would require you going to a dealership.
