Disappointed that I was sold an outboard on 4/28, told the tiller control I wanted would be coming in the next week, called back 3-4 weeks later, told the wrong part came in (George only just discovered that when he went back to look, agreed to "Blue Label" expedite the part and let me know when it was ready, now another 3 weeks later can't even get through, robot voice says first in queue, after 5 min hold says "person you are trying to reach not available, leave a message", "person's whose mailbox you have reached is not accepting messages" Tried again, same thing. Tried Sales, same thing (less wait time at least), tried Parts, first time got cut off mid sentence trying to explain what I needed. Second time after 5 min as 3rd in line got helpful human Randy who could take my number and run it across the parking lot so George could call me when he had time. By the time I get my motor at this rate I won't have time to use it this season after break in. Might as well get my money back and place order at a place with better service for next spring. If no word back from George in the next 2 days...... Deweys here I come.

Be careful when buying from these guys.I bought a Marlon rack from these guys and come to find they gave me two long bed rails instead of a short bed and a long bed. They said it should’ve only come with one even tho the head sales guy at Marlon says otherwise and that I should be happy I got two. I have a short bed truck. How does that help. Had to get my buddy to transport it. Long story short they just ghosted me when I asked for the right ones.. The Polaris sales guy who sold it to me couldn’t care less about you once you once the sale is done.
