We tried this when it first opened in Rockridge and while it was good, we thought it overpriced. Flash forward to 10-12 years later and we decided to try it again. My memory was the price came down since then (approximately $7 for two scoops now). The high quality is the same; the liquid nitrogen is the star of the process and there are no food stabilizers added like gluten added. The perfect fast food. While we are trying to cut back on our ice cream consumption, it’s worth a visit and a repeat if you like an excellent dessert.

Chocolate was fresh and creamy and vanilla very vanilla-ey. They ran out of strawberry just before us which was a bummer but yummy ice cream and very very fresh. The show with the liquid nitrogen is an extra bonus.
