I was there for a wedding... The establishment and staff for that alone was "outstanding"! I'm from D.C. and just being in "Oaktown" and the west coast was a breath of fresh air. I may change my zip code.

They should look into accustic panels....the noise was unbearable ...hard surfaces everywhere nothing to absorb sounds

Where do I start I started golfing with a friend who is a member here and from the looks of it, it is a great establishment; however the more you spend time here the more problems arise. My first visit here was in early 2019, the staff seemed nice at first glance and I came back many times. However the problems began to arise in early 2021 when I requested to have my clubs clean and I suppose they did not hear me because I overheard one of the staff that work in the bag room discussing with the front desk girl about members, one of which being my close friend until they noticed I was in the doorway. This was not the last of my issues as they began hiring more and more high school students who seemed unprofessional and lazy and constantly have their headphones in. One occurrence was with a girl who had big headphones on and would not interact with me or the group I was playing with, it felt like this place was being run by high school students. One of my final times at the club was in August when I went down to their cart barn to look for the keys which I left in the cart when I saw one of the older girls drinking a white claw on what must've been her break and observed what seemed to be a tower of alcohol on a shelf which seemed to be at the disposal of the employees. My final straw was when I overheard an excessive amount of racism from both employees and members while in their staging area and their shop. An event of this was when I was shopping in their pro shop and overheard one of the young men (mid 20's) who worked there discussing with another employee (old man, grey hair, 40's, possibly 50's) using terms such as "those people" and "ghetto". As a person who has needed to legitimately work my entire life to get to where I am, allows me to truly realize the amount of privilege and entitlement in this workplace.

Bartender name Gil. Very unprofessional and rude. Maybe he is having a bad day. He should undergo training on how to approach customers and guests that are visiting the place. He is not appropriate for his position because he is destroying the image of this beautiful place. I was supposed to talk the manager about his bad attitude towards me but I has in a hurry and have more important business to do. I hope that this message would able to improve their customer service in the future.
