First time using this place for parking and would use again. Quick drop-off and shuttle to the airport. Upon arrival, super quick pick-up as well. Friendly staff as well and I interacted with at least 4 different employees. Great locally owned business and will definitely use again in the future.

Two ENORMOUS thumbs up for Ergin & Anchorage Quick Airport Parking. We dropped our wheels off Fri., the 10th of Dec. for a 4 day stay (complete w/car wash) and returned on Mon., Dec. 13th. Ergin provided a ride to the airport and picked us up upon our return. Excellent customer service and we returned to a clean & heated up car (it was zero degrees upon our return). Thank you VERY much, Ergin and Anchorage Quick Airport Parking! Happy Holidays!

Valuables stolen from vehicle. Unfortunately we had 200 dollars in cash stolen from the vehicle while it was parked with Anchorage Quick Airport Parking. Obviously this money is gone, but as a business owner, I contacted management to let them know they have an untrustworthy employee. Management became immediately defensive, “people accuse us all the time of stealing things or damaging vehicles, it was 1000% not us.” I calmly stated that I was not interested in money and that it was my fault for leaving valuables in the vehicle, I was simply trying to inform the owners of an issue. The manager said “they would look into it” but did not seem to take me seriously. We had attempted to get in contact with the manager for several days prior to this. They would not return our calls. Ultimately, this outfit will have access to your vehicle, your garage door opener, and your address (probably on papers in your glovebox). It seems that trust is an important component of the relationship. Our company will stop using Quick Park going forward. I hesitated writing this negative review (it’s my first Google review), but I felt compelled after they did not seem to have any concern after an incident of theft was brought to the attention of management. An unfortunate incident. Hopefully an isolated one. But be careful here.

Depending on who answers their phone, the info provided is extremely inconsistent. On a previous call, Ersin was very helpful. Today, I called to confirm a previous reservation made with Ersin. This time, the cousin of Ersin declared they don’t accept reservations & I misunderstood Ersin. Oh? He then went on to say if u come & we are here, we will take you to the airport. Hmmm…Very abrasive & combative communication. Calm down cousin, I was just calling to confirm my reservation for parking & had a few questions due to my early flight time. The call resulted in Ersin’s cousin declaring he speaks English very well & I have the problem understanding. He then hung up the phone. Bad day maybe? Unsure where that came from??? But I am sure to avoid bad energy & disgruntled people whom hold embedded issues and project them onto others.
