Alaska Park and ride lost my key fob! The entire purpose of this business is to park my car and store my key, and they failed. They have little to no interest in finding a resolution. I would not recommend using them, unless you like being stranded.

left me waiting for a hour at the arrivals today. this is dispute me calling them after 30 mins of waiting and watching the shuttle bus drop people off above me. next time i leave for a weekend ill save myself the 83$ and the wait and just take a cab to the airport.

Helpful staff with easy pick up and drop off of a Turo car. Free shuttle to airport and local hotel. I wasn't staying at the hotel but they took me to the airport anyway.

Been through them before and regret not coming to them sooner. Took care of things when my father got sick, even with me helping. Had our vehicle warm and running, helped with luggage and made them transition back home a breeze. Secure, friendly and a God send with their service.

I suggest you call them because they have corporate rates they have Groupon rates and rates for different companies
No Reservations needed there are discounts for military slope workers
