I called in my order because I couldn't get the website to work at 4:02. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrive at 4:20 and am told my order is in the oven. At 4:42 I ask to speak to a manager to check on my order. She pulls it from the warmer!!! It was ready all along. She handed it to me without a word, when I asked "are you kidding" as she walked away she responded with "sorry mam I just came up here and found it". Yeah, you found it because I asked to speak with you! Why are your employees telling people that something is in the oven when they can't find an order?! Employees need better training, and managers don't need to be wearing headphones, they need to be paying attention to what is happening during their shift. If anything, have some decency and apologize to my face and not with your back to me as you walk away.

For the most part, everything I experienced with Little Caesars is about 95% great, e.g., service, quality, and taste. However, occasionally, when it seems Little Caesars is busy, service and quality (product not warm, and somewhat overcooked) is not as good. Overall, Little Caesars is great!

Ordered deep-dish meat lovers which shows 11.00 on your website. But your store charged me 9.00 plus 7.96 for topping. When I asked them I was told that's what it cost. They didn't even get my deep-dish pepperoni pizza after they read order back gave me a 5.00 reg pepperoni pizza. Staff was unhelpful. Will not be coming back to this store.
