I have lived here for 20+ years and wouldn't think of living anywhere else. It has been a very quiet and safe place. Management is very nice and repairs are done in a timely manner. Neighbors that I don't even know, have been very nice and offered their help, when needed. Also, its location is great, near the Interstate and also shopping.

I’ve lived in two different town houses at Windsor over the past 7 years. Management is friendly, rent is reasonable, and the new owners are making updates all that time (dog park area, new fencing for the pool, etc.) that make the complex nicer. My neighbors are trustworthy, and the area is very safe. The commute to Huntsville or Decatur is also very reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment with reasonable pricing in a good area.

Me and Fiancé just moved in Friday and so far we love. Very nice and quiet area, kind neighbors, and we think the apartment is gorgeous. We’ve had a few things that need repair but the maintenance service is fast and efficient. Not to mention they are very affordable over here.
