The woman who checked us in at the front desk was rude. The toilet in the room had to be flushed twice just to make anything at all go down. The room we were given had a disgusting smell of mold mixed with cigarettes. I woke up with a terrible headache and so did everyone in my party. we assume it was due to the smell because as soon as we got some fresh air the headaches resolved themselves. I was supposed to stay 3 nights. I checked out early the next morning. My advice… don’t book here. There is a nice Holiday Inn Express right behind the best western in this location.(It was booked for the remainder of my stay) This best western was a HUGE disappointment.

Surprisingly super comfortable bed! Great shower head that was adjustable for any height & water pressure was good. Don't plan on eating the breakfast...👎🏽 There were some sketchy folks hanging around outside which was a little concerning - nothing happened - was just a tad uncomfortable. Otherwise, a decent stay. Value was fair.

Called last minute to see if they had a room available. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. At the time, there was no room downstairs available. I was traveling with my geriatric mother and needed downstairs/handicap accommodations. She said she was going to finagle the rooms to try to get us one and if she couldn’t, she would call us back. Upon arrival, she had managed to get a handicap King room open. Mom and I don’t mind sharing a bed and we’re ready to sleep so we took it. Room was very nice, especially for the price. It was clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom looked clean and had everything we needed! Also the free breakfast was great! Only agitation was with the 2 guests who parked in the handicapped spots in front of the room, one in a Tesla who had run their charging cord right in front of our handicapped accessible room🤦🏽‍♀️. And neither with handicapped tags or hang tags. Mom almost fell trying to get up on the curb where we had to park, about 50 feet away… Hotel was well worth the price!

Great stop to take a break for the night while on a road trip! Easy to get to, good location with gas stations and restaurants nearby, and very clean with friendly front desk staff. We stopped around midnight and while I was checking in, a random man entered the lobby behind me. The woman at the desk was mindful of not openly announcing my room number where others could hear, and pointed it out on the sleeve containing my key cards. The breakfast was one of the better continental breakfast experiences I've had! We will definitely remember this stop for any future trips thru the area!
