Not bad. Needs updating and paint. Room had a musty smell and the A/C unit didn’t cool very well. Desk staff were super-nice. Aske for a quiet room - put me adjacent the elevator.

1st room I was put in had a huge dead roach. 2nd room I thought the paint was pealing and decided to take the room because it was after midnight. Got up and looked closer and it was actual dirt. Their excuse was it was because of the construction. Not buying that because other hotels I stayed at that were doing construction have been spotless. Could not smell any sanitizer being used on the room at all like other hotels. Have never seen a peerless sanitizer.

After having a reservation an not arriving until midnight I paid full price for the room with my credit card an they charged me a $200 cash deposit ODD rite. At check out time I went to retrieve my deposit an when they checked the room an took my deposit for a hole in the sheet that I didn't put there . The owner was very rude an raised his voice at me. So I have a lawsuit against them now so if u want ur money took bc they're linen is old an used

Overall was a place to rest between shifts. Although the cleaning could be better, I stayed Tuesday till Saturday morning and the same dirt that was on the floor Tuesday night was still there,they made the bed and changed towels. But didn't replenish the coffee or cups. I had to go ask for extras Fri night.
