At a time of inflation, staffing shortage post pandemic, and overall less for more across all goods and services, it was refreshing to stay at this hotel which was priced reasonable, the staff was so courteous; treated us like high rollers, very respectful, and the room was clean and spacious.

Bed was really comfortable. Hate there is only 1 elevator. Pool is really nice and clean. Room service came never took out trash took 4 towels and left 2 for a family of 5.

Let me first say, KADENCE (hope I spelled that right) YOU ARE AMAZING! You are extremely valuable to Holiday Inn express and I hope they know what an asset you are to them. I called you not once, not twice but four times, with questions about our room and my special needs. Each and every time there was a smile in your voice, and you were extremely helpful, courteous, and such a pleasure to talk with when i finally put a face to the voice. Beyond Kadence, The hotel was well maintained, the beds extremely comfortable, hot tub was amazing, pool was great, and breakfast was wonderful. Was it truly this great of a hotel... all I can say is that I'm a retired CEO, stayed in hotels hundreds of times, and I will say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

The staff were efficient, accurate, and really cared that I was happy with their service and their hotel! It’s a rare thing to find such exceptional people these days! Combine that with a great facility and it made for an exceptional stay that I highly recommend!
