I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes. Then received terrible customer service. The nurse was so rude and showed no empathy. Felt like I didn’t matter as a patient.

Receptionist took down the wrong phone number for my appointment then gave me so much attitude cause I never received the call. This place has been such a problem. Terribly rude.

Your put on hold for a long period of time and staff are highly rude . It’s disturbing That the staff make you feel uncomfortable when the only thing your trying to do is get right and get seen .
