Very responsive. A nurse arrived within 2 hours of our first call. She got us set up with an HHA for the same evening! They answer the phone when you call - and you speak directly to a scheduler. I was very impressed.

I live in CT and have been trying to get help for my mom in Massachusetts. They are not a good or reliable service. They don’t show up when they say they will. I got the run around from them. They told me that they hired to help my mom did not have a HHA certification and they were working on finding someone else! Apparently they don’t screen their employees!
