They are strict as to who enters their building. I think that's a good thing, They give you great service, social workers n other organizations

I have had excellent service with Marisol Padilla as my referral to Open Door Social Services as well as Edwin Suarez, I was able to finally fill out a Section 8 application, which I was told will help me for years down the road. I was also informed a little bit about the GRIT program that's offered in Holyoke. Took me six buses to Springfield and back to Amherst but I made the whole trip in only five hours. I feel like I may have a bit of a plan now, knowing that I have options and resources there for me while experiencing homelessness. Thank you. 👍

You have to live in one of the sober living houses they run and I got an apartment after 2 YEARS living their but I got it on my own, they didn't help me.
I'm sorry I didn't see this earlier. Download the freebie app if you have access to truck people near by have free furniture all over it's crazy. I'm homeless and trying desperately to get het as an individual. 18 months living with family members. I am in need of my own place so bad.
