Do they do credit check

I don't believe they do a credit check. Only a local back ground check.

I don't think so. I know when a tenant moves out, if you pay your rent on time and stuff you can have the manager report it to the credit bureau, I know that they will report it if rent is late or something like that. They do a background check though. When you go to get the lights put in your name, they will ask if you want them to pull your credit in order to try and waive the 200$ deposit for lights but its not worth it unless you have over a 700 score. But you can tell athens utilities that you don't want your credit pulled if you just want to pay the deposit. As far as I know that is the only thing I know concerning credit checks. But you can always call the office and ask. (:
