I would not even give them 1 star if I could, what was done to me effected my whole life, I was talked into doing ECT after losing my son who died horrifically. If it wasn't to auto correct nothing would be spelled right. I now have long term memory loss. My depression is worse my personality has changed . i no longer am creative, ! I loss so much interest in everything. I lost so many precious memories of my son , I only have pictures and family who tell me were the photo was taken as they try to explain memories to me. I hate who I am and what ECT has done to me. I was a guinnie pig to them

An elderly friend of the family has been to Good Sam several times in the last couple of years. The staff either cannot identify a patient that is there often because of neglect, isolation and abandonment at home or they don't care.

Wish I could move my child after she had surgery cause I swear it’s like some of these employees here are having a bad day everyday. Been here two days and my regret level is at 100% that we are at this hospital.

Call the hospital and you will be transfered to a volunteer. All you have to do is give the volunteer the name of your friend (first and last name) and they can give you the room number, as well as transfer you to your friend's room so you can talk with him/her over the phone.
You would have to talk to the folks that you're going to work for at Good Sam. They will likely direct you to a Benefits Administrator or a Human Resources person who manages all of that.
