I don’t normally leave poor reviews. We normally have no issues here but tonight we got hard as a rock & stale chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. They don’t answer their phones so had to contact corporate because we weren’t driving back. We already had to go back for sauce when we listed that in our order on the app. Took pics & a video of me beating them against a flat surface in case corporate needs it. Trust me. It was disappointing.

looks like they dropped my fries on the floor , they taste like dirt….waited 45 minutes for 2 large fries and drinks do not stop here go to the next one

On our way home to Foley, we stopped at the This place, kids were hungry,they got their chicken nugget meals, which came with French fries, I ordered the Crispy chicken sandwich, the order board showed lettuce n tomato, the cashier order taker was very blaise' , we got our bags, pulled off. No napkins, no ketchup in the bags and my sandwich was dry as all get out, no sauce, 2 small-A pickles and it was not crispy! I ended up tossing the bun and just ate most of the floppy chicken,it was not crispy. I will go to my local McDonald's n check out how it should be very soon.

If staff focused on front-line as much as they did drive-thru it be a great experience! Customers don't care if you make drive thru times we just want our food in timely manner! Also, the kiosk doesn't count as a employee upfront. Some customers can't use them!!
