Freedom PS has a very friendly and inviting staff of people at their disposal that works with the customer to find out what exactly they want and the best way to get them out the door with what they want. IF they don't' have it in stock they will work their network to get it in and will let you know if/when they get it in. I worked with Skeeter and he understood what I was looking for and when it came in, he was very helpful in getting me out the door with the bike and all the gear I needed as a first time bike owner. I cannot recommend them any higher then the 5 stars allotted to me but if I could, I'd give them a 10/10!!!

I can’t thank chris and Louis enough for putting me on my new bike and for really making me feel welcome during the process. The bike I purchased was used and needed a little work around the edges before it was really where I wanted it to be. They ended up having everything corrected and even covered it as well! They really went above and beyond to help me with the purchase and I can’t thank them enough. I didn’t have a whole lot of contact with the rest of their staff but I can assure you these two are some real deal honest dudes and I would recommend my business to them!
