Store manager ripped me off for my $75 alternator refund? People are thieves!! Go elsewhere. I'm mailing written complaint to autozone corporate and BBC TN! Inexcusable! Store manager and staff should be terminated

Like any parts store it depends on who you talk to as to how your experience will be there, however this particular location has some of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met by far. This is my go-to place for parts and should be yours as well. Huge shout out to Bruce, cliff, and barb for making this location as amazing as it is! You guys are awesome!
