Everything was absolutely AMAZING! The food, service, and atmosphere! Kaden and T Bush (Tiffany) made our experience worth while! Checking to make sure everything was fresh and if we were satisfied. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and very tasty! We were blown away, just moved from Florida and would recommend Jefferson’s to ANY AND EVERYONE!

We've been to Jefferson's a couple of times now and have always had a good experience. We went this week on Tuesday to celebrate the end of the school year and when we arrived the restaurant was extremely busy! Turns out there was a party of 85 celebrating the end of the school year too. We thought we'd be waiting forever to order for our food. But on the contrary, the service was outstanding (thanks and great job Destiny!), our food was accurate, good and came out quickly, and we had an overall very enjoyable experience! We made sure to share our comments with our server, the GM and someone from corporate who was there training staff on a new system! Oh, so on top of how busy they were they were learning a new system and still no hiccups. Great job!

Third time I go to Jefferson’s and the first impression is still the same, terrible service, takes a long time for them to do anything; let me elaborate. We got there and sign says “Please wait to be seated” waited for about 5 min before anyone would aknowledge us, mind you it was not full or busy and plenty of servers. Got seated, and it took about 12 min for someone to come and get our order of drinks, to which at that point we already decided what to eat. I ordered the Guacamole Chicken sandwich, it took another 25 min for the food to arrive. People who came way after us got their food first. When my sandwich got there, which from the picture you can see, there was barely any guacamole in the sandwich and fries were cold, not a single time the server came and asked if we needed a refill on drinks, which we did. I know is a sit down restaurant and not fast food, but they definitely could do better!! Not coming back here even if they offer free food!

Came in here a dozen years ago when it was under a different name and it was awesome then. Came in this afternoon. Was seated right away, and Megan promptly waited on me . She was spot on. Friendly, and just a we bit of chat. Just what a customer wants in a waitress. Ordered fifteen wings, fries, and iced tea. Food came out fast. Caribbean jerk and Mango Habanero. Wings were very good. Could have been a little spicier for my taste, but we're still pretty good. Fries were a disappointment considering they charge $1.49 extra. They were the frozen crinkle cuts that I like, but we're only like warm. Probably should have said something, but ate most of them anyway. Iced tea was very good. All in all, it was pretty good, except for the bill. I know wings are expensive nowadays, but $27.95 is pretty spendy for what I had.
