I stopped here to get a bite to eat and something to drink. There was a lady in front of me ordering food as well . ( she was Chinese I believe) . She grabbed a waffle cone and the worker rudly looks at her and says you know that is suppose to have I've cream in it right. The lady tells her she does not want Ice cream. So the lady worker tells her well I have to charge you 3 dollars bc there is suppose to be ice cream in it. Then she walks over to cash her out and is laughing with her co worker about it. Then another customer is over there laughing and calling her weird. I didn't even order food after that. I felt so bad for her. You could tell she was so embarrassed and uncomfortable. Not only should she have not charged her 3 for a cone with no ice cream there is no excuse to make fun of someone like that. She should be ashamed of herself and should not be working in customer service if she cant treat a customer with respect!

Shabbier outside than inside which is fine. Bathrooms well maintained with plenty of stalls, 2 sinks & 2 air hand dryers. Trash can lids with push flaps were the ONLY dirty surface I came across. Lots of options at their hot bar. I'll certainly stop here again for a break from the road! I didn't experience any reason to rate less than 4 stars.

This is a nice, quiet place to shut down. They have deli food basics like chicken strips, mini tacos, chicken wings, fried cheese curds, etc. Plenty to fill the gut. The cashier was extremely helpful and courteous. I did not go past the deli counter so I cannot speak on the cleanliness of the store or bathrooms. My personal experience was excellent.
