I went here looking for a 2500 and met with the salesman Noah. He was very honest and very transparent we agreed that there would be no aftermarket products in the deal. That information was documented on their foursquare. After agreeing on the price the closer Brought the deal screen over and failed to disclose that he had packed the deal with aftermarket products. I found this to be very deceptive and disingenuous and is very typical of dealerships who traffic and selling these aftermarket high profit products that no one needs for example this particular vehicle has Onstar and the closer told me that when I caught the aftermarket products being added on it was for low jack. There is no reason in the world why I would need low jack on a vehicle that has OnStar and state of the Artechnology. In summary please be aware that this particular dealership engaged in this type of behavior Buyer beware.

They had a friendly staff, and their lot had a wide selection. I found the truck I was looking for. I was in and out within 3 hours. I would definitely come back again.

My salesperson, Noah C., was caring, listened to my wants and needs, provided me with any information I needed, and was basically extremely helpful. I found the car that makes me say, "THAT'S IT!", a GMC Acadia AT4, with his help. I am over the moon happy and always say "Hello Beautiful!" when I see it. This is my second car with Moss Bros. I would not change my relationship with them for anything. Great customer service and great technical service. My old Terrain stayed in peak condition because of their Service Dept. Oh, there's nothing like the feeling of really WACKING that gong after you've made a great deal for your new car!

I appreciate Jonathan's professionalism. My car work was completed efficiently. I had a shuttle ride home and when it was time to pick up my car, the dealership sent a Lyft driver because their shuttle drivers were on lunch. I was very satisfied with this visit. My first visit again, Jonathan was exemplary. He addressed my needs and even installed my after market windshield personally. Completing my car work took a very long time, but it is not a reflection of Jonathan's work. As long as they continue with respecting our time and providing professional service, I will keep coming back.
