please dont go to this store they charged me $2.12 to print a label for me, without even telling me that they will charge me or how much. I will never use this store again.

Dismal Customer Service - I had called ahead to see if I could get car keys overnighted (accidently left cross country with them in my purse and left family member & car stranded at a hotel). The UPS Store Employee on the phone said as long as I got there before the truck left for the day. I pulled up after driving all day and was relieved to see the UPS truck still there. Ran in and said I was the one that called and the young man behind the counter says 'Oh he just finished.' I said can't he wait two minutes so I can pay and get these keys shipped overnight & on the truck? He replies, "No he is done - can't wait." The driver was still in the building not even in his truck and he walked out the door. I could have cried. Instead, I got to drive back all night to return the keys. I would give zero stars if I could.

Whether it was collectibles being shipped to an auction company or a bicycle shipped to the west coast , I have used them to package and ship my items! They guarantee their work if they package for you, well worth the price! Very nice and friendly staff also, highly recommend their shipping expertise!

I have had a mailbox with this store for years now, They are the friendliest people. Usually they see me pull in and have my mail ready. I go out of town and they always keep my mail safe. I've bought pizza and cupcakes for them they are such great employees. Thanks My UPS Store at Buckhead Square.
