Very bad service I got today .The lady on the from desk was not nice to me.She never check my paper she just told me I can not help you .I feel that I paid my membership for nothing.

Nicely organized. One line to check in and let them know what you're there for. Then you go to your specific area and they call you in the order you checked in for that specific service. Took care of my DMV auto registration (check or credit/debit card) and received my sticker. Staff were professional and friendly.

Disabled people beware when going to this auto club office-My Dr gave me temporary disability placard form to get a temporary parking permit. Auto club would not honor the form stating it wasn’t a wet signature. Called the Dr office they said that is his wet signature and none of his patients have had this problem. Went back into Auto Club, I was told the auto club auditors would revoke my placard if they issued me one. Sent home empty handed. Not sure I want to be a member of auto club that treats their members this way, I’m glad to know the auditors know better than my Dr!

They did wonders for me with a very complex licensing issue.
Yes
NO, you have to go to the DMV, AND you can not make an appointment.
DMV IS SO COMPLICATED you're only sure course is to call Santa Ana Canyon Triple A DMV Department and ask them about your particular case. Their main number is 714-921-2850.
AAA offices can only take passport photos, and can provide applications but will not actually process passport applications.
Call non emergency police.
Yes, I've used their notary service before.
I had a completely different experience. The people who helped me were awesome!
Cash and Credit Cards but the Credit CAnds charge two point 5 Percent Extra! No checks accepted
You must be a AAA member
They will forward you one from the DMV automatically if your physician gives you permanent disability. If it is a temporary plaquard you need to complete the paperwork including a new physician statement
You should probably make 9ne just in case , becuz wait times can be very long without one
I think a handicap sticker requires a doctor's certification on a form to the DMV so I'm uncertain but you can call them and they'll be happy to tell you it AAA over the phone
I think you can. They are open. As long as you have a policy and membership with them.
Last time I did this, they issued them there
No. You can get an extension at the DMV website if your license is expiring. I'm sure the AAA can assist you with this.
M-F: 9:00am to 5:00pm Sat: 10:00am to 2:00pm Sun: Closed
Oooh I'm not sure. Do you need the number to the Anaheim Hills branch?
YES AAA DO ALL THE SEEVICES OF THE DMV. OR JUST GO TO CADMV.ORG
Had some issues with personalized plates and tag transfers. They sorted it out in about ten minutes. Awesome service, and really nice people, too. About eleventeen times better than the DMV.
No you don't need an appointment
You typically don't need an appointment for AAA but if you're going to do anything through the DMV there the wait time could be a little long so you might want to make an appointment for that part
Very resonable prices for single or 2 cars. I pay $129 a year for the plus package for my wife and me. One great organization!
No. You will need to go to a smog check business to get your certificate if one is required for your registration.
Only the Feds issue passports. You can, however, get a very nice passport photo there (be sure to send two).
Yes
No California id.
They can. Bring a spare kidney.
Make an appointment
I believe notary is a walk-in service as are most services at AAA.
no
All vehicle included. May be R.V need special coverage. Also it's seven miles. Membership card holder must present at the time and place of towing. If you get AAA+ that covers 100 miles.
It's as early as office hours. Notary is available from start of branch opening until the end. It's not set hours it's the whole time branch open
call them I believe SO
Yes you can but I would call to double-check cuz some don't have access to some of that stuff
I believe you need to go to the D.M.V for that.
Give it a try
No you have to go to the Post office cross the street
Yes...if your a member or become one...bring cash or check.
Wouldn't hurt to try! Let us know what happens!
Why not
I would assume yes
