We (family of 4 with 2 kids) came on a Saturday about 11:15. Doors were still locked. Called and they said they were running behind. So we waited, understanding the lack of employees. 11:40 doors were still locked with a line in the drive thru forever long. We finally walked up the hill to Five Guys and they finally opened the doors around noon. We understand that there are a lack of employees right now. Management should be prepared for these situations.

Need to care more about the customer you serving. Keep your phone out the cooking area only use it on break make sure your head is covered & you have glove on your hands stop playing over the items you are cooking to serve your customers that the most important thing good customers serve.

The WORST service at a Cookout location! I don't live in Oxford but I am from Oxford. I visited your restuarant last night. The young lady that took my order was rude. One of the two young ladies in the drive thru were standing at the window scrolling on her phone while the other watched entertained. They both saw me waiting at the window and kept doing what they were doing. Then one of the young ladies pointed in my direction and the other one shrugged her shoulders...I politely drove off. Ridiculous! Clearly your staff is and has been an issue from reading your reviews. If the service is trash, I don't want the food. Bad for business.

Pretty good food for a good price. It's hard for me to find slaw that I really like, but theirs was delicious!
